Remote and endpoints found as an admin but not user (Windows 7)

I have installed Roon 1.3 both as an “admin” and a “user”. The remote (iPhone 6S) and the end point (Meridian MS600) are found when login as an “admin” but not when I switch to a “user”. Ultimately, I’d like to use ROON when logged-in as a “user” more than the “admin”.

Help please

Hello @jerome_e,

Check the firewall on the “user” account, maybe it is blocking the connection. Try to disable it completely and see if anything changes.
