Description Of Issue
The remote app on ipad etc cannot find the synology NAS Roon core although the green sign ‘ready’ is showing. It is a sudden problem because everything was workimg well. I have re-started the Roon core but without result. I have reloaded the Roon app on my ipad, but also no result. Please help, (Iam not a wizzard) greetings from the Netherlands
My Nas had problems after an update this week. I had to log into Roon again but I couldn’t. Login failer. Got a screen were I could click on deautorize. Clicked on it and al worked again. Hope this helps.

Generally, issues with loading your database point to corruption. I was wondering if, since you’ve made this post, this is still an ongoing issue? We’d love to help
