Remote app on ipad suddenly does not start

Description Of Issue

The remote app on ipad etc cannot find the synology NAS Roon core although the green sign ‘ready’ is showing. It is a sudden problem because everything was workimg well. I have re-started the Roon core but without result. I have reloaded the Roon app on my ipad, but also no result. Please help, (Iam not a wizzard) greetings from the Netherlands

Can you acces Roon from other remotes? If so remove the app from your IPad turn it off restart and instal the app again.

On the other devices iphone etc the same problem; reloaded the apps and treid it again. The same problem.

Synologie NAS is ready (green dot) ; text “there was an issue loading your database”.

My Nas had problems after an update this week. I had to log into Roon again but I couldn’t. Login failer. Got a screen were I could click on deautorize. Clicked on it and al worked again. Hope this helps.
