Remote Connection waiting for Remote Core

All of my Roon endpoints are experiencing the same issue, they are all waiting to connect to the Roon core - and never connect. I have my Roon core on a QNAP. Here is the dump I get:

I have absolutely no idea what any of this means, can someone help me decipher?

I know it is obvious but you have rebooted everything?

Multiple times. In the past that would be enough to correct things, but not this time. I think there must be something wrong with permissions to a locked file but I don’t know enough about those sort of things to know if i am correct, and even if I were, I’m not certain I would know how to fix it without some direction.
