Remote Connection - Waiting for Roon Core

I’m having the same issue. Over the last several days my music on Roon stops frequently. This morning I wake up and I cannot connect to Roon whatsoever. All it says on my MacBook, iPad, and iPhone is “Remote Connection - Waiting for Roon Core.” Please help?

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Since experiencing this issue have you tried rebooting your Core machine and remotes?

Hi @David_Hunter, We can’t do remote support sessions, but what I did just to is activate diagnostics mode for your account and what this action does is automatically upload a set of logs to our servers from the SonicTransporter. I’m looking over diagnostics and I am seeing quite a few network-related issues, you appear to be getting Name Resolution failures and long sync time warnings.
