Description Of Issue
I’ve attached my new Nucleus directly to the Virgin Telecom Hub and then connected to the device via the app. The message says that it requires software update which I have begun. 12 hours later the Downloading progress bar looks to be stuck at about 10%. Should I turn it off and turn it on again?
