Any of roon 1.3 remote on my phone (Android), tablet (Android) and Win10 Note PC is waiting the connection to 1.3 core on Win10 Desktop PC and never connect until core restarting. 
It seems roon core is lazy not to scan remotes on my home network. All core and remotes are listed on the same network on Fing app rightly. How can I use roon remote just after the power up without stopping music and restarting core ?
