My core is on a Windows PC which continues to be able to serve music to my audio points flawlessly. However, my remotes two iPhones and one iPad, suddenly will not connect to the Core even though they recognize it and show they are attempting to connect (Please see attached image)

Window PC core and all other components are working fine
Did you by any chance make any recent changes to your firewall? Have you ensured that you are using a Private network, not a Public one? See this guide for more information:
Thank you for your response. There have been no changes either to the firewall or the network settings. My system has worked flawlessly for years. This remote connectivity problem happened soon/immediately after I foolishly added Roon to a second desktop. My remotes then were connecting to it, instead of to my original computer. I uninstalled Roon from the 2nd computer expecting that my iphones and iPad would connect as previously. Unfortunately, this hasn’t worked. All remotes get hung up showing they are trying to connect but the connection is never established. My core computer continues working fine and I can distribute music to all corners of my musical universe.
Did you set this second desktop up as a second server, or just a remote? You can quit Roon Server from running on this second desktop via the taskbar to ensure no other devices would attempt to connect.
If you haven’t yet, please remove Roon from your iPhone and iPad, and perform a fresh reinstall and let me know if you run into the same issues.

Thank you for the suggestions. Second desktop was set up as a second server. It has been uninstalled from that computer. The original server functions flawlessly and can deliver music to all end points. I restarted that computer, after I had deleted the Roon apps from my 2 iphones and 1 iPad. Did fresh install. Problem persists. All remotes remain unable to connect to Roon Server.

I have rebooted the router recently without effect.
When I follow your directions, when do I reconnect to the old database? Do I access “RoonServer_old” when I press ‘Use another RoonServer” in the final step?
Hi @Lemuel_Hegwood,
Your old database gets brought back when you restore the backup you made in the first step. You do that after you can confirm that your remotes are able to connect to the server with a fresh database. Once you’ve made sure of that you can restore the previous database from the Roon settings → Backups page. If the connection issue returns after restoring the backup then we know that is what the problem is. At that point you would need to try older backups to find an uncorrupted one or restart with a fresh database.
