I notice that there are two ways to remove duplicate albums in the library. There’s the Remove from duplicates in edit and also delete. Can somebody please explain the difference between the two instructions and when one would use one or the other.

Delete will remove the album from your library. If it’s a ripped album on a hard drive, Roon will delete it … including the music files.
Remove from Duplicates will do just that. After you do it, Roon will treat both albums as if they were 2 separate albums.
