Thank you for your post and we’re certainly sorry to hear you’re encountering problems.

We’ll require a little more information to take action on this thread, however. Can you please elaborate on whether you’re encountering connectivity issues (dropouts with endpoints or interruptions with playback) or another problem with Roon?

Our diagnostics servers show you’re currently running an outdated Roon version on your main server machine. Please update to the latest version of Roon by navigating to Settings → About.
