Whilst in shuffle mode, Roon repeats the now playing track forever. Only the next track button selects a new track.
So you set Roon to single (track) repeat or you had only one track in the (to be played part of the) queue.
Well, i accidentally activated repeat mode but forgot where in the menu. Hidden in playlist dropdown. Sorry for my late response, taken ill.
