Repeated login loop on Mac after signing into Roon app (ref#IM9V1Q)

What’s happening?

· Roon won’t start, update, or finish installing

Describe the issue

I downloaded on my Mac the Roon app and signed into my account. After I sign in, I get the message "if not redirected after a few seconds click here." I do that and it takes me back to the login page, I log in and get the same message and it keeps repeating without going to the Roon interface. Please help.

Describe your network setup

I have a 2020 iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch desktop computer. It is running MacOS Sequoia 15.6.1. The processor is 3.1 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5. The memory is 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4. I have an Xfinity gateway. I have 136 GB remaining of 250 GB storage. Is that enough for Roon files? Besides my desktop I have an iPhone 16E, and an iPad 10th gen.

Hey @09mkl09,

Thank you for reaching out as soon as you discovered you had trouble logging into your Roon account. We’re really sorry to hear it, but we’d like to do all we can to help. As a first step, could you please try to log into your Roon account page? Is that something you can do?

If the trouble is logging into the Roon software, it is worth noting that the process involves logging in via a web browser. The pop-up might be blocked by the default browser, depending on your settings. In that case, there are a few things that can help:

  • Rebooting your Roon Server

  • Clearing the default browser’s cache and cookies

  • Temporarily changing your default browser

  • Checking to ensure that you don’t have popup or cookie blockers preventing the redirect

Let me know if any of the above help! :folded_hands:
