Description of Issue

Roon is repeatedly loosing Tidal connection and I am being asked to retry login, which usually solves the problem. As it seems to occur in ever shorter periods, sometimes several times a day, I am concerned about where it is leading to. Currently I cannot enjoy listening closely to the music, as I am bei g constantly interrupted.

Sorry to hear you’re running into connectivity issues with Tidal. Could you provide more info around your network, and how your core is connected to your network? Does this issue only occur when streaming content from Tidal?

Lastly, if you launch the web play for Tidal directly (or use the app) does the same issue occur? Or, is it only with Roon?

I would also give your router as well as your core a hard reboot, and leave both unplugged for a few minutes before rebooting. :+1:
