Before I take my Nucleus One apart, I want to order some RAM. What type of RAM does it take?

Also, for the One you should check to see if you need to use single sided RAM not double sided.

Replace it with the original 4GB to see if the device starts up normally. Then try installing the 32GB RAM again if it gets pass. If not, there might be a chance that the RAM is incompatible or defective, even though the FURY model is supposed to be a higher quality version. BTW, beware not to to…

Yes the 4gb starts up normally so it seems to be an issue with this 32gb stick. I thought i bought the same RAM type…

Also, has anyone confirmed that the Nucleus One can accommodate a 32GByte module? Many of the the Celeron N series processors have a 16GByte maximum. I’ve not yet seen a definitive answer as to what processor is fitted in the Nucleus One so I don’t know whether or not this applies.

Have you hooked up a monitor and keyboard to see what messages (if any) are on the screen? You may need to look in the BIOS to see if the memory is being recognized and what the memory settings are and adjust them? (hit DEL or F12 during boot)
