Purchased May, 2020 from Amazon (through Roon Labs LLC). All other equipment came back from power outage except the nucleus. Was working perfectly until the power incident, so I’m sure it is related to the power issue.

So it’s out of warranty unfortunately then.
Can you test by connection to a monitor via HDMI to see if anything is displayed when you try to reboot it.
Yes, I’m sure it is out of warranty. I’m not looking for a warranty coverage, but would like to get it repaired if possible. I cannot perform any tests on it since it will not power up.
Generally with the rather many “whatever device broke after power outage” issues that come up on the forum, I’m wondering if owners shouldn’t more often consult their home insurance policy for what’s covered. Mine, for one, includes coverage for damage by power surge, lightning strike, and other power grid-related things.

Right sorry yes, of course, doh.
Well just hang tight then for Roon/Ben to respond to get this underway.
Thanks for the tag @AceRimmer! I’m sorry to hear you’ve hit potential hardwire issues after a power outage @Dennis_Bartelheim I will follow up via PM for a few last items to check on the device, before getting an RMA started. Please keep an eye out for a message from me.
