I’m currently running my core on a Microsoft Surface PC but I’m going to be changing over to a Sonic Transporter i5 which I believe is a Linux box. I do weekly core backups. Can I restore a backup of the core on the PC to the Linux box? Is that possible? I don’t want to start from scratch if possible.
I have already read that. I guess the issue I was trying to get across was the idea of whether a backup of a core running on one OS (WIndows 10) is compatible with a different OS (Linux). The article you referenced doesn’t specifically mention it as an issue but I was hoping to get some confirmation on that.
Yes you can move the database between all the various core os versions including ROCK too
