News is breaking that George Michael has died at 53. Very sad. George taught me a small measure of courage. With a few exceptions I’ve liked his music and said so, despite the scorn of some friends. A little thing but formative.

Very sad news, it hard to believe just how cruel 2016 has been … some extraordinary talent lost … may their music live on forever.
I was playing L&G album while preparing for Xmas dinner yesterday and had to sadly move to the Xmas albums…
Far too many brilliant artists have moved on this year…but as noted we can always remember them with their music
