Rhythm guitarist in The Easybeats and then joined with his lead guitarist Harry Vanda as one of the most influential production duos of their time. They even released a couple of songs as Flash n The Pan proving that all you really need to make a rock video is a sou-wester. George produced the early albums for his brothers’ band, a little known outfit called AC/DC establishing a sound that yielded them some later success.
Music would not be the same without Mrs.Young’s boys and George was the elder brother who inspired them.
