Is it possible to have Roon ROCK and Home Assistant HassIO both running simultaneously on the same Intel NUC? If so, does anyone have Intel NUC model recommendations and/or setup and configuration recommendations?

ROCK is dedicated to it’s function by design. Nothing else can run on the same machine.

Following on from link that @Larry_Post provided…
ROCK is by design a single purpose [closed] system … and no modifications are allowed.
If you want to be able to run others applications, then you need to consider a different OS. If you want a Linux based OS Ropiee plus Roon Server is a well supported combination.
