· What exactly is ROCK ? Do i need it ? Is it already installed on my Nucleus One ? If not, should i install it ?

As you have a Nucleus you don’t need ROCK.

ROCK is a package containing RoonOS and RoonServer.

It for those that wish to build their Roon system on 3rd party NUC hardware.

In simple words: ROCK (Roon Optimized Core Kit) is a lightweight, purpose-built operating system that turns compatible hardware into a dedicated Roon Core server.

As of what we can see from your account status - your Nucleus is already Running Roon OS so you don’t have to install any other OS on it.
