ROCK MiniPC (not NUC) - Gustard G26 USB DAC not recognized

I installed ROCK on a MiniPC with an N100 cpu, not a NUC.

I am using the network player without any problems.

However, the DAC connected to the USB port of the MiniPC on which I installed ROCK is not recognized and cannot be used.

In this case, how can I connect a usb dac to the miniPC with ROCK installed and use it?

I’m using Gustard R26 and MiniPC is Firebat AK2 (N100, 16GB, 512GB ssd).

This seems to have some instructions for USB usage, not sure if helpful …

And can you post a screenshot of your Roon > Settings > Audio?

I’m enabling a USB device on the ROON SERVER, and it looks like this: ‘enabling…’ and after a few seconds the device itself disappears (last picture).

Hmmm no idea. Probably needs someone with a G26 to help out, the G26 seems a quite unusual device. I don’t even understand why you have a Gustard USB device in the „This PC“ section. Sorry! I added the G26 to the thread title to get an owner’s attention.
