Describe the issue Try to install Roon on a NUC ASUS Pro 13. Placed the Codefile ffmpeg in the folder Roon/Codecs but Rock keeps saying missing codes.
Describe your network setup FritzBox 7530, all on 1GB wired netwok, two switches between Modem and Rock.
Have rebooted an restarted the NUC, but nothing changed.

I assume you meant “/Data/Codecs/“as per your screenshot, but it would be good to confirm.

Are you sure you downloaded the correct version (amd64) of the zip file?
Yes I am. And I know now what’s going on. It seems that copying and pasting the file via Linux PC’s doesn’t give rights for the file to be used as a program. I copied and pasted the same file with my Android phone and now it works.
That is very odd…
