Room remote not able to detect IP address

I’ve set up Roon server on my Windows 10 PC and it playback all music from my NAS and Tidal without any problem. I installed Roon Remote on my iPad however, it can’t connect to the server. I entered the correct IP address of my Roon server PC but still does not work. I’m clueless… Please help😧

At the risk of stating the obvious: have you set ‘Accept connections from remotes’ to yes on you Roon server install? (Settings > Setup)
