Either that or some mundane practical reason like finishing release notes and documentation, ensuring bandwidth on servers etc. etc. But I like to imagine them rolling on the floor giggling as they draw it out …

Just to clarify, although the Email shows a lovely marketing shot with a mobile phone and the byline “Plays Everywhere” that wording could have appended to it (… in your house). Roon 1.3 doesn’t yet have a roaming solution that will see you connecting to your Core at home from your car, bike, office etc.
Such a solution is definitely on the roadmap and is eagerly awaited. I think Brian once remarked that a version of Roon with that capability would probably have a 2 in front of it.
