Description Of Issue

Tidal MQA used to work very fine, I’ve been listening since this morning…
15 Minutes ago I updated to the latest build and now there is a continuous drop down… The error is the usual Tidal Media is loading slowly

Any help on this?

Have you tried any basic troubleshooting such as rebooting everything?

Sure.
Anything from Roon Server to Nucleus and Chord Poly too: eight seconds of reproduction then there is a stop and Roon skips to next track… Eight seconds again and so on.

Hi @Paolo_Limoncelli,

Can you please check to see if you are getting the same behavior when you try to output to your Nucleus HDMI zone as a test (even if there is nothing connected, does it still skip)?

What happens if you try to play non-MQA content on your devices, does that play as expected?

Hi Noris, using HDMI it seems fine, no skips.
The same album (FLAC version) works fine with Chord Poly.

Hi @Paolo_Limoncelli,

Thanks for confirming HDMI is not impacted.
Does the same issue occur if you try to play local MQA or only TIDAL MQA?
You can download a few local MQA tracks from the 2L Test Bench (right-click on the file size -> save as).
