Every time I open Roon, it closes in the next few seconds.

Hey @Leonard_Leguizamo, thanks for letting us know.

Have you attempted to reboot your Core device? If not, please do so.

Can you please temporarily disable the device’s firewall and anti-virus software? If this helps, please enter an exception in the firewall for Roon and RAAT Server.

If this does not fix the issue, the next step would be to manually install the graphics drivers. We’ve discovered in time that Windows’ automatic updates (that include the graphics drivers) can be unreliable. Could you please:

  • Quit Roon (if open)
  • Restart your Roon Core
  • Uninstall the graphics drivers
  • Navigate to the manufacturer’s website and download the graphics drivers directly from there
  • Install the graphics drivers
