I have the same issue

Hi @Henrik_Wist

Apologies for the delay!

Can you give us some additional details about the Windows machine you’re using? What kind of GPU does it use?

If you uninstall the app and reinstall it is there any change?

Hi @dylan,

the machine in question is a Dell Latitude 5401 laptop with 16G RAM. As far as I was able to find out this has an integrated GPU (Intel UHD-Graphics card 630, from the manual).

Yes, I did uninstall and reinstall and could still observe the crash - I haven’t tried since, though.
Hope this helps for pinning down the problem.
Cheers,
Henrik

Thanks for the followup, @Henrik_Wist

Would you kindly try to launch Roon again and, assuming the crash occurs, use the directions found here and send us over a set of logs using a shared Dropbox link? Thanks!

@dylan sure can do. Is the log from the windows machine enough or should I include the one from the core as well? Can I share the dropbox link here?

Hi @Henrik_Wist

Yes you can share a link here or send them directly to me via a PM. For now, I believe that only the Windows logs should be necessary.

I’ve sent you a DM earlier today
Have a good weekend!
Henrik

@Henrik_Wist — Just wanted to let you know that I followed up via PM.
