Description Of Issue
The app on iPad is so buggy that I don’t know where to start.
Now I cannot even use it anymore.
When going to history it crashes. Now when reopening it crash immediately. The app is still there but closes. I can go to it back with a swipe, not by clicking the icon.
Going from horizontal to vertical and it closes again.
Scrolling in history and… kaboom!
I’m forced to use my iPhone or maybe I could use my Mac.
Worst release ever!

When the Roon guys arrive, they will want to know much more about your setup and the episodes. Hope you get it fixed. FWIW, my iPad works perfectly.

Roon cares, as issues maybe related to the network setup thus knowing what it is aids Roon’s support team to diagnose and provide the best advice.

I initially also experienced issues with Roon on my iPad Pro, if I changed my iOS language to English the issues disappeared.
My iOS was in danish.
Try it, not that it’s solution, but just a work around.

My is in French. I’ll give it a try.

Well, it would be strange if network related.
Anyway, it’s all Ethernet along the line. What else could I say?

The history is empty now, as a sudden!
Then it crashed again and the history came back.
If I browse in the history it crashes again

Sorry for the trouble here, @Serge_Libotte!

Just to confirm — Does scrolling through history and using the app on the iPhone and the Mac all work okay? It’s specific to the iPad?

I’ve enabled diagnostics on your account so our team can take a closer look. Connect your iPad to your Core and leave it running for a bit? This should allow the diagnostics report to be uploaded to our servers.

Thanks!

Right now I don’t have the issue. I don’t understand, it used to be systematic

Hi @Serge_Libotte

Have things continued to work for you?

I’m using my iPad Pro 12.9 and it works seamlessly…
