I have converted your message to a #support post. Can you please try to create a Backup of your Roon database and then try to manually install the latest Roon version from our Downloads page on top of the current install?
Do you get the same error when on WiFi and Cellular? Are you able to eventually click on Retry and get ARC working or does it not work at all?
I’m not seeing any ARC logging info for your account, so you may want to try to delete the ARC app and reinstall the latest version from your phone’s app store and see if that helps.
Noris, I skipped to the “delete and re-install Roon ARC” instruction, as this is what worked last time. It has worked. I think it is somewhat strange as it appears the Roon ARC version downloaded from the app store is the same as I had installed (IoS). Anyway, it works. Thank you.
