Hey @gennady_rozhansky,

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! @Suedkiez is spot on correct with their above response - please let us know if this helps you with your issues. :folded_hands:

@benjamin, perhaps in a future version this URL in the message could point to a page that actually explains the solution? It points to the generic help landing page but as far as I can tell there is nothing there that explains it. Thx

Tried both ways on and off , still see the same message. It working beautifully on 1.8 no issues. Thanks for fas response.

Off is the only way that is expected to work. Was it checked or not when you looked?

If it doesn’t work, official support will be back to help out.

Since no mobility and no use of ARC, what I’m really missing with 2.0 update?

All ongoing updates, some of which may become necessary as Windows evolves. Anyway, 1.8 has been retired by Roon and isn’t available anymore. This machine seems pretty modern and runs Windows 11, so there is no reason why it shouldn’t work with 2.0.

Like per above tried with off, got same message not compatible with 2.0. Back to 1.8 works great.

Agree with your statement, however the issue remains…

Hi @gennady_rozhansky,

Are you making use of any external display adapters or hubs? In the past, those have sometimes caused the OpenGL issue.

If you can access the Roon/Logs & RoonServer/Logs and upload a set of the failing startup we can investigate further:

Don’t know what you mean by external display adapters or hubs. Thanks Noris

Something like this, an external adapter to connect monitors (or other devices) to:

Nope. nothing like this. Thanks Suedkiez
