Describe the issue

after i updated roon to (2.0 build 1480) yesterday, it fails to play the next track in the queue ( when the samplerate is different)

system:
Roon Rock (roon server version 2.0 build 1480)
Kef LS50 Wireless (1st version)
connected via ethernet through Apple Airport Extreme 802.11ac

The problem occurs when the next song in the queue has a different samplerate

There is no visible error. It just does not go to the next track. When you manually push next track the next track in the queue starts.

Describe your network setup

router: airport extreme 802.11ac
the NUC with ROON ROCK is connected through ethernet with the router and the Kef LS50 Wireless (1st gen) is als connected via ethernet.

Hi @Stephan_Imbens,

Thank you for your post. For due diligence, do you have the latest firmware installed on this Airport Extreme? Please also verify that all UPnP settings are enabled in the router administration settings.

The KEF uses a device discovery protocol involving firmware in the router, the speakers, and RoonServer itself. We need to isolate which of these is failing to correctly communicate with the others. The above step will help us rule out the router.

Thanks!
