Description Of Issue
External USB disk access led blinks repeatedly for hours even though Roon indication of DB scanning finished.

If you are talking about the disc that has your Roon library on it, yes, Roon “watches” it to see if there are new albums added. So the disc access light will light up regularly.

Hi @Ori_Onn,

If Roon has not completed Audio Analysis yet, it would be doing so in the background. You can check status of analysis under Roon Settings -> Library. It sounds like you found the root cause, if you have any other difficulties with Roon, just let us know!
