My subscription is expiring today, but for a few days now I can’t login into my roon account on windows 10 (tried every browser) and on mobile. I can use the actual app, no problem on the windows app and android (I can’t renew in there). I get stuck on the “Sign in to your roon account” page in a constant refresh. The login is successful because I receive an email notification every single time. Apparently, I have no problem signing in for the forum.

Do you get an error in app? What’s it do when you hit the signin button?
I managed to pull logs from your Roon install just fine, and it looks like you are having underlying network connection issues.
Are you on WiFi? If so, can you switch to ethernet and try again? You may also just want to try to reboot.

I dont think so, at least on my part, but that’s the problem. No Wifi.
I managed to login with the browser when I turned the vpn ON; I really don’t understand why. I usually turn it off when I’m streaming music. I also tried with 3 different pc (with and without Firewall and or Antivirus), 2 IP (no vpn) in different days (so many reboots). I am region locked just with firefox\chrome (even on android)? This makes no sense.
The login is successful because I receive an email notification every single time.
I click on sing in, no error message, “Access login information” and it goes back to the login page.
With the vpn I managed to renew the subscription, so it’s not as important as before, but I’m still baffled.

You have a ton of those. This means your network is going up/down, or your interfaces are. I don’t know what’s happening with your VPN – maybe its going up/down over and over, but this stuff is causing the issues you are feeling.
OK, I’m glad you got it resolved. Something is causing network instability on that machine and it’s wreaking havoc inside Roon. I’m not saying your wires are bad or your equipment is bad. I’m saying that Roon is getting network changes left and right, and connections are being ripped out from under it by the operating system.
