Roon and windows audio control behaviour

Hello everyone,

So my issue is this, I previously had a RME adi dac 2, and when playing music on roon, if I presset mute on the keyboard it would mute windows but not roon. I had ASIO MADIface USB selected on roon, and rme adi dac on windows.

Now, with my new dac it uses another driver, XMOX USB. It doesn’t behave the same way, if I press mute it mutes roon as well, any idea how to make it work like before?

Is it in exclusive mode?
