What’s happening?

· My Roon software won't start up

Describe the issue

The app will not open. Nor will roon server. I can't uninstall and reinstall. It just died.

T-mobile home internet.

Welcome to the Roon Community! I’m sorry that its a problem that brought you here for the first time. The best way to proceed with troubleshooting would be to take a look at your Roon logs. Can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader? Additionally do you see any error messages when you try to open Roon?

It hasn't worked at all since the last update. Can't reinstall. Error message: You have multiple roon server running. Close it, and another one opens.

Hi @David_Green2,
Thanks for supplying that screenshot. Look at the task bar on the lower right corner of the screen and click the “^” button. Do you see Roon show up in the box that appears?

If you do right click on the icon and click quit. Then try to open Roon again. Please let us know if Roon works after that.
