Roon app can't find Roon Core after previously working (ref#C982R4)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Roon is slow, freezing or won’t start

· My roon core is on and was working fine yesterday. Today when I open my roon app it says 'looking for your roon server' and doesn't find anything. I have tried on other phones too. I have put in (what i think is) the IP address and nothing changes.

Thank you for your post. Diagnostics indicate that your Roon Server machine might be offline. Try power cycling the ROCK. Are you then able to access the ROCK web administration interface?

Hi! Thanks for your reply. Im not sure how I know what the ROCK looks like? And where do i access the ROCK web administration interface?

Usually http//:rock.local or the device’s IP address.

Can you please try to connect your Nucleus to the Display or TV via HDMI and turn it on ?

It should show the IP it is reachable by and some diagnostics information if anything goes wrong.

If you struggle to connect to it please share what it will show on the display here so we can analyze.
