Roon app crashed all the time

Hi,
i just started my 14 days free trial, but every time I start the app it crashes immediatley (after 1-2 sec).

i use a lumin u1 for a streamer.

my roon core the is a windows pc 10. Intel(R) Core™ i7-8700T CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
16 RAM

sometimes it worked for a time. i could play songs (from tidal and pc storage). all in all i used roon for about 1 hour in gernal. my suspison is that my storage is too bit (the scan process wasn´t over yet). my personal storage is quite big. Something around 7500 artists.
