Roon app crashes on startup on tablet (ref#URXVS9)

What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble logging in

Where are you having trouble logging in?

· I can't log into the Roon app

Describe the issue

When I wanted to start-up Roon app on my tablet, it try to start up but before I got into the app it will closed automatically. What to do now?

My Server is a ReinZ1, router is a Zyxel, streamer is a Mark Levinson 519

Uninstall and reinstall may help, it did before. You’ll lose your app settings but it’s not all that much to redo

First try uninstalling the app and restarting the phone.

If you’re using the Play Store version of the app, try the .apk from our downloads page instead to see if that crashes: https://download.roonlabs.net/builds/RoonMobile.apk
