Thank you for your post.

Please first ensure that Roon’s background processes are safelisted in the Microsoft Defender firewall and any third-party antivirus software or firewalls you have installed.

Diagnostics indicate that both the server and GUI are currently running on your machine, so it’s likely the case that a security process is interfering with their connection. This isn’t uncommon on an all-in-one setup because Roon relies on the loopback ethernet interface to communicate with the locally-installed remote.
