Hi Isaac,

Option 1:
Quit Roon/Roon Server then restart

Option 2:
Reinstall Roon

Option 3:
Try a fresh database

  • Use or create a Backup of your current database
  • Exit out of Roon + RoonServer (from taskbar area)
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon Server” and “Roon”
  • Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “RoonServer_old” and “Roon” to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
  • Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup
  • from Roon tech support notes

Hello @Isaac_Sykes ,

Has there been any change since reinstalling Roon Server? Are you able to login to TIDAL/Qobuz using another device as the Roon controller (remote)? Also, if it’s possible that the issue is happening due to some kind of content or popup blocker.

Do you have any Content Blockers toggled on in your Safari settings?

  1. Open up the Safari browser.
  2. Open the “Safari” menu in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Click “Preferences” > “Websites” > “Content blockers.”
  4. Any content blocking services currently active will be listed here. If any are active, toggle them off and try to login again.

One other suggestion is to clear your Safari Cache & Cookies, as I this has helped in the past.
