Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon? · None of the above quite fits
None of the above quite fits · None of these quite match
Tell us what's going on · Roon keeps quitting or freezing as soon as I click on Services
Tell us about your home network · I am able to access Roon, play content, stream live radio, so I don't think it's the server. I did just upgrade my OS to Tahoe 26.2.

Hello @djatovsky
Thank you for reaching Roon support. Let’s start by clearing the streaming services cache.
Exit out of Roon/RoonServer (from the taskbar)
Find and open your Roon database
Navigate to /Library/RoonServer/Cache
Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs

I took these steps, but the issue persists.

Now I’m finding that the Services menu also quits when I’m in Finder. So this would appear to be a Mac problem, not a Roon problem.
