Hey @colin_tucker,

Thanks for writing in and for sharing your report! Sorry to hear you’re having issues reconnecting to your server.

The first thing I’d double-check is your macOS firewall settings - the easiest way to test this would be to temporarily disable your macOS firewall, and see if you’re able to connect.

If so, the next step would be to ensure Roon is listed as a proper exception to the firewall, here’s more information around what you’ll need to add:

Let me know if this helps!

Thank you for the idea, Benjamin. Alas, no effect from shutting off the firewall. Including a reboot.

Reboot and no other apps and no firewall got me into roon. Two screenshots attached. When I choose connect from the “ready” page, it displays the neverending logo screen.

It’s this last screenshot. It believes I am signed in to a different roon server. Does it think I have two installs on one mac? Because I have no other device with roon.

This screenshot shows one device. If I choose “go back”, it’s the spinning roon of death. Should I “unauthorize” this mac? Well, gave it a go. That restored everything. Didn’t even have to log in again!
