Description of Issue

Roon app was working fine and then just stopped. Shows album track and artwork and a all pertinent into. Just won’t cue music. Everything is hardwired in system. Not sure why it just stopped. Plays fine in all the other apps like Tidal; Spotify ,etc. Only app I’ m having problems with is Roon which is frustrating because it seem like a very intuitive app, but it just cant do what its partner apps can like Tidal & Qobuz.

What does Settings==>Audio look like? Screen print.

Can you get onto Roon’s GUI?

If you send the output to System Output can you get music?

How do you change to System Output? Looking but couldn’t find.

Yes I can get to GUI and audio set to: Connected to Core: System Output; DACMagic200M Core AudioUSB audio CODEC; Built-on Output core Audio
Roon Ready: CXNv2 (2e); Oppo 205; Roon Tested: Marantz 8805 and AppleTV

Thank you very much for getting in touch and for sharing the issue you ran into. I can imagine that frustration barely begins to describe how anyone would feel in this situation…:pleading_face:

This might be very naive, but what device is selected as a Zone in the bottom footer (to the right)?

When you say that sound simply isn’t coming out, do you see any error? Is the bar moving when you hit play? In Settings → Audio, are your devices enabled?
