Does this mean that you have favorited albums in Tidal that don’t appear in the Roon library?

Thank you for your post. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for albums you have favorited in the Tidal dedicated app or web player to sync with Roon’s servers on the backend.

What’s the name of a specific album that you’re missing? If it’s easier, you can share a screenshot of the Tidal app alongside a screenshot of the Roon app to display the missing albums.

Hi Connor, thank you for your reply.
To clarify: when I first signed up for Roon, my complete Tidal playlists appeared in Roon along the left hand side of the Roon window. It may have been a coincidence, but ever since my Roon trial period ended and the Roon subscription started, only about 65% of my Tidal playlist is now loading/appearing in Roon.
So it’s not a specific album that’s missing, it’s about 30 personal playlists from Tidal that’s not loading in Roon - that used to.

Just for complete clarity-

If you click into ‘Playlists’ and then your Tidal playlists, do you see them all? Is the issue only that you’re not seeing all your playlists on the left-hand navigation bar?

A coincidence indeed! This shouldn’t have any effect on your Tidal syncing. Have you gone into Roon Settings>Services>Tidal and force a manual resync?

If you could still name a few, that would be helpful in investigating a diagnostic report from your Roon Server.

Hi Benjamin, thank you for your reply. In answer to your questions, (1) When I click ‘Playlists’, only about 70% of the Tidal Playlists are visible along the left hand side of the Roon window. (2), Yes, the issue only is I’m not seeing all my Playlists on the left hand navigation bar. Missing approximately 30% of my playlist.

Issue solved. Thank you! Went to Roon Settings>Services>Tidal and forced a manual resync. All Tidal playlists have loaded in Roon. Cheers.
