Roon app not opening on my Mac

I’ve been using Roon without issues for about 2 years. My Core is a Mac mini, connected via Ethernet to a Naim NDX 2 network music player. I recently downloaded mac OS Catalina, v. 10.15.5. I have not, to date, had issues, with Catalina.

I can no longer open the Roon app on my Mac. It jiggles a bit, gets as far as the Roon entry page (with the quotes from musicians
) and then exits. No crash report is generated. The Roon app on my iPhone and iPad can no longer detect my Mac mini Core.

I have tried the usual fixes, included:

• Rebooting the Mac mini
• Deleting and reinstalling Roon
• Checking my firewall settings (firewall is turned off)
• Checking my security settings (settlings allow apps from Apple and approved developers)

Have there been compatibility issues between Roon and OS v. 15.15.5? Right now, Roon is unusable.

Try renaming the folder ~/Library/Roon, and then try to open the Roon app again.
