Thanks for your patience.

We reviewed the logs and this does not appear to be a general network issue between your Roon app and Roon Server. In your case, both the Roon client and Roon Server are running locally on the same Mac, and the sign-in flow is reaching the Roon account service at least part of the way.

What seems to be happening is that the login process starts, but the local sign-in session does not complete cleanly and falls back to an unsigned-in state.

Please try the following:

  1. Quit Roon
  2. Quit RoonServer
  3. Also make sure RAATServer is closed in Activity Monitor
  4. Reboot the Mac
  5. After reboot, launch Roon again and try signing in

If the issue remains:

  1. Reinstall the Roon app over the current installation
  2. Temporarily disable any VPN, firewall, content filter, or security software
  3. Try again with Safari set as the default browser

If it still does not work after that, please let us know and send us a fresh timestamp of the next failed login attempt so we can check the new diagnostics.
