Describe the issue

Roon is hardwired to ethernet switch which is connected to Orbi wifi access point

@Mark_Nicotera, a few questions:

  1. Are you running the same version of Production or Early Access release on both the Nucleus and the iPhone 15? Both devices must be on the same branch (either both on Production or both on Early Access), and they must be running the most recent version of either branch.

  2. Is your iPhone on WiFi on the same subnet as your Nucleus?

  3. Do other devices connect to your Nucleus?

  1. all products are running latest, most recent updates. per system status page - all aspects show OK and latest release. App on iPhone was just reinstalled.
  2. yes, I checked this
  3. yes, as stated in comments - Mac and iPad connect with no issues

I have the same Problem with my wife’s IPhone 15pro. All other devices are connecting without Problems. All devices are on the same subnet.
Roon Arc is working on all Apple devices.

A post was merged into an existing topic: Trouble connecting remote app to Roon server NUCLEUS ONE after initial setup (ref#KB7E3K)

Unfortunately the problem still exists. I have now set up a new Roon server (now: Roon Rock, previously Roon on Qnap-Nas). All devices can be connected without any problems to the new server, except the iPhone 15 pro. I reinstalled the app, that doesn’t help. I’m at a loss.

Hello @VolkerS & @Mark_Nicotera ,

Do you by any chance have Private Address turned on? If you do, is there any change in behavior if you try to turn it off?

@noris thank you for your proposal. Today, without any changes, it suddenly work. I hope, it will stay like this.
