We might require a little more precise information to take action on this post, but here are some ideas to initiate troubleshooting.

If your Orbi router includes a mesh network setup, there are some settings that can interfere with device announcement that you will want to check.

If you have only a single router serving your network, then double-check that your phone and MacBook are on the same subnetwork. In the Mac’s WiFi settings (System Settings - > WiFi → Details), set a Fixed, not a Rotating, WiFi Address.

What is the specific phone you are referring to in your post? Please share the model and operating system (ie. Pixel, Android). Our diagnostic servers see a phone associated with your account that has recently been online, but it’s not registering on the same network as your RoonServer.

If you have any firewalls or antivirus software, make sure Roon is added as a safelist item.
