· Between yesterday 02/17/2026 and today 02/18/2026, the roon app on my iMac stopped working properly showing a message of 'error' and asking me to log in again and again even when I was using it just find before all this after starting a subscription for $14.99... I'm very disappointed at this issue since roon app asks for a subscription and quobuz is also subscription based... It has only been a few days of use; I want a full refund or a very convincing resolution to this experience since roon was supposed to be and sound premium, please.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for reaching out! We’ve enabled diagnostics for your account and looking over the logging, it looks like there are quite a few network issues present. Can you please confirm how your iMac is connected to the network? Are there any software or hardware firewalls in place that may block Roon traffic?
We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps? Thanks!
