Describe the issue

I set up Roon on a new Mac Mini 4 days ago. It worked fine. The next day I was locked out of the new Mac Mini and had to delete and reinstall the operating system to gain access. I downloaded another copy of the Roon App. When I launch it it tells me that I am already signed in. I have turned all my other devices off. Please advise.

Hi,

Sometimes Roon licensing server gets confused and thinks the current Roon Server is an additional different installation.

Just press the unauthorise icon, it’s quite safe, and then login as normal.
