Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· I have followed your instructions in your article "There was an issue loading your database" - unfortunately I cannot start Roon anymore since. It asks me to connect to my ROCK, I click "Connect" and then the Roon logo is circling endlessly

Thank you for your post and we apologize that you had to wait several days for a response.

Our diagnostics servers indicate that your ROCK is currently offline. Can you please try the following, so our team can gather diagnostic logging from the machine?

  1. Reboot the ROCK

  2. Open the RoonOS web admin from a browser and take a screenshot. Please share the screenshot here. Do you see RoonServer running?

  3. Attempt to connect to the server from any Roon Remote to reproduce the spinning logo issue.

  4. Logs should automatically populate to our diagnostic servers if RoonServer is even temporarily online. We’ll analyze these logs and follow up with next steps here.
